USPS Casaview Station

BRW completed the design of Casa View Station, a 33,000 square foot building located in east Dallas. This renovation project transforms an existing concrete tilt wall grocery store into a brick veneer and glass curtain wall structure. Identifying signage integrates the curtain wall backdrop into a corporate and retail look. A new steel framed addition to the existing structure satisfies the necessary size and circulation requirements. Up to date Postal design standards and details were incorporated to develop a facility that meets the needs of the client and the public. A full service and self service, retail Postal store combined with a box rental lobby provides the customer with a complete Postal facility. The balance of the facility includes an expansive workroom area, administrative and support areas, and covered mail docks.
