Salt Lake City Auxiliary Sorting Facility

This project involved design review of 303,000 SF shell building executed by design-build contractor, full A/E services for finish out of warm dark shell and construction management for contractor. In addition, our BRW/HPA team provided full-time construction management, including daily reports, special reports, labor interviews, payment requests, certified payroll review, proposal requests, modification processing, fair and reasonable estimates, commissioning (CxA), coordination with HQ Engineering for mechanization incorporation of mechanization into MPE (automation), interface with HQ IT (Raleigh) SME, progress meeting and support for USPS PM.
