Lone Star College Westway Park Technology Center

Under Phase I of the 2014 General Obligations Bond program, BRW Architects is providing architectural services for the Computer Information Technology & Visual Communications Center and the Cypress Center for the LSC CyFair branch. The Advanced Technology Renovation/Build out for the Computer Information Technology & Visual Communications Center consists of approximately 50,000 GSF for high technology workforce programs on the first and second floors of a building that has never been occupied.

BRW is providing design, construction documents, permitting design approvals and construction administration for this project. The Workforce Renovation and Addition consists of a 5,000 GSF addition to the existing building for new workforce technology programs and renovation of existing workforce classrooms.
